My Daily Routine at Home

My name is Daniel and I live in an apartment in Madrid. On weekdays, my alarm clock rings at 6:45 AM. I always get up immediately, drink a glass of fresh water, and stretch for ten minutes. Then, I take a hot shower, brush my teeth, and get dressed. At 7:30 AM, I have breakfast with my family. I love drinking black coffee and eating toasted bread with avocado. I usually leave home at 8:15 AM and take the metro to my office. I work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. In my free time, I enjoy practicing English and going for a jog in the park. In the evening, my partner and I cook a healthy dinner together, watch a documentary, and go to bed at 10:30 PM. Having an organized routine helps me feel energetic and happy!
