Use Subject + Verb To Be + wearing + clothes to describe what someone has on right now.
She is wearing a green sweater. / I am wearing black shoes.

Pants, jeans, trousers, glasses, and scissors are always plural words in English.
These pants are comfortable. (Use 'are', not 'is').
